The Attention of all the Project Officers of SSA in the state are invited to the subject read above, that the Biometric attendance to teachers as well as non teaching staff has been implemented successfully across the State.
In this connection, they are informed that, the Department has decided to implement Biometric attendance to Cluster Resource Persons CRPs, MIS Co- ordinators, Data Entry Operators, DLMTs, PTI etc., of MRCs across the state w.e.f., 02.07.2019. Accordingly all the Project Officers in the state are instructed to issue necessary instructions to the MEOQs, Headmasters to take up the implementation of biometric attendance of CRPs, MIS Co-ordinators, Data Entry Operators, DLMTs, PTI etc., effectively.
Further they are informed to see that the attendance of CRPs is captured at any school in their respective Clusters and attendance of MIS Co-ordinators, Data Entry Operators, DLMTs, PTI etc., is captured at MRC points on a daily basis as the Biometric attendance is mandatory.
It is also informed that to take necessary steps regarding implementation of the e-Hazar as well as devices which are already available in MRCs and all related issues may be look after with the coordination of the Nodal persons all ready available in the office of the DEQs in the State.
