Constitution of committee - finalise the recruitment process and notification and conduct of examination for Establishment of Village Secretariat System

ORDER : 
 Government is committed to revamp delivery systems in the State with an aim 
to improve living standards of the people through the concept of NAVARATHNALU as 

core theme of governance. To achieve this objective, Government would establish a 
system of Village Secretariats consisting of 10-12 functional assistants to strengthen 
Gram panchayats and provide services for every 2000 population in the State. 
2. Government have decided to constitute a Committee with the following group 
of Secretaries for the purpose of finalise the recruitment process and notification and 
conduct of examination for Establishment of Village Secretariat System in the State 
for effective implementation of Village Secretariat and recruitment of various posts. 
i. Principal Secretary, PR&RD - Chairman 
ii. Secretary, MA&UD - Member 
iii. Secretary, Agriculture/Horticulture - Member 
iv. Secretary, Social Welfare - Member 
v. Commissioner, Panchayat Raj - Member 
vi. Commissioner and Director of Municipal 
Administration - Member 
vii. Addl. Director General L&O - Member 



3. Government have also ordered that if the committee feels appropriate to co-opt 
any other HOD/Expert, they may be permitted to do so. 
4. All the departments of Secretariat /HODs and all the District Collectors shall 
take necessary action in the matter.
