All the RJDSE's DEO's, PO's of SSA (Except) Krishna District are informed that the Global Tobacco survey (GYST-4) conducted by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHW) and CSE's Kochi is the field agency to conduct the survey in Andhra Pradesh the survey will be classroom based and questionnaire is self administered among the
students in class VIII, IX & X and survey has to be conducted in 33 selected schools in different districts of Andhra Pradesh (List enclosed).
Further CSE’s Kochi, Kerala requested to the total divisions in each class in the selected schools as the survey is to be conducted only in one division of each class to complete the survey successfully. And requested to provide the contact telephone numbers of the schools/Head of the Schools.
Hence, all the DEO’s except Krishna District are
requested to give suitable instructions to the concerned HM's of the selected schools and to coordinate for the survey with the Health Department and to participate and monitor the survey programme and cooperate for conduct of survey programme on Global Youth Tobacco Survey in(GYTS-4).
