This Office Circular Rc.No.Acad-l/646999/PTT/2017, dated 7.6.2017. The attention of all the District Coordinators and Principals of APSWREI Society is drawn to the subject & references cited and informed that the Society has decided to
engage the services of Guest Teachers in the existing clear vacancies in Balayogi
Gurukulams for the academic year 2019-20 subject to the following instructions.
The DCOs are directed to obtain vacancy position subject wise and cadre wise from all the institutions in their district as per posts sanctioned to the concerned institution as per G.Os.
It was clarified that, Sanctioned strength(posts) as per G.O. if specified, should be strictly adhered to.
Wherever sanctioned strength was not specified and the Society was authorized to follow the certain pattern as per the G.O. such pattern should be adopted. There should not be any deviation from this procedure and issue press note for selection of
guest teachers.
Selection Board at District level consists of: Concerned District Coordinator - Chairman Senior Principals of the concerned District - 2 Members Subject experts in each subject - 2 Members
No Person without prescribed qualification should be engaged as Guest Faculty.
If the Selection Committee decides that, the past performance of any guest faculty is not satisfactory based on measurable parameters, such persons need not be engaged as Guest Faculty in the current academic year.
