With reference to the orders issued in the above reference, the following are the continuation guidelines for the effective conduct of orientation programe at Divisional
level, Mandal and School levels.
All the Deputy Educational Officers should receive the ANANDA VEDIKA handouts in their respective divisional Head quarters as per the indent shown in the annexure | and acknowledge the same
2 The handouts should be distributed to the Mandal teams attending the one day orientation on 29.06.2019 at Divisional Head Quarters as per the Mandal indent furnished by the MEOs concerned @ 1 copy per each teacher. But ensure that all Mandals get sufficient handouts
MEOs should distribute the same handouts to the Primary, Upper Primary and High Schoo! teachers as detailed below.
a, All Primary Schools will get handouts of classes 1-5 only b. All U.P Schools will get handouts of both 1 — 5 and 6 — 10 classes c. All High Schools will get handouts of classes 6 -10 only
MEOs should also invite the heads of all management schools (Municipal, KGBV, APMS, APSWERIES, APTWERIES, Aided etc) in the mandal to the
one day orientation. 5. Financial norms for the conduct of orientations to the DRPs at district level,
Mandal Teams at Divisional level and to the teachers at Mandal level are
furnished in the annexure — II
