Education, Andhra Pradesh, Ibrahimpatnam vide reference read above issued instructions to

conduct of "Rajanna - Badi Baata" programme for the year 2019-2020 from 12.06.2019 to

15.06.2019 at all habitations in the State.

The Project Officers of SSA as the Convener of District Level Committee shall take

responsibility and work in close co-ordination with District Educational Officer and other stake

holders in undertaking various activities as scheduled in the proceedings of CSE.

The Project Officers of SSA are requested to conduct the "Rajanna - Badi Baata"

programme in the State in a festive mood involving children in decorating the classes with locally

available material.

A copy of schedule issued by the Commissioner of School Education, A.P.,

Ibrahimpatnam in the reference read above along with Daily Programme schedule is

communicated to all the Project Officers with a request to take necessary action accordingly and

ensure smooth conduct of "Rajanna - Badi Baata" programme for the year 2019-2020 from

12.06.2019 to 15.06.2019 in their respective district and report the day to day achievements of

the programme without fail.

The Project Officers also requested to submit a comprehensive at the end of the

programme.
