Secondary Education Society - Model Schools– Preparation of Academic Planner for the Academic year 2019-2020 - Drafting of personal to work shop - Instructions - Issued.

The attention of the Principals of A.P.Model Schools concerned is invited to the

subject cited and they are informed that, the Commissioner of School Education and

Ex-Officio Project Director, Andhra Pradesh, Amravati is pleased to draft the following

personals for the work shop on 20.05.2019 and 21.05.2019 to prepare the Academic

Planner of A P Model Schools for the Academic year 2019-20.

Hence, they are hereby instructed to depute the above individuals to this

Office at conference hall 4th floor O/o Commissioner of School Education

Ibrahimpatnam Vijayawada to prepare Academic Planner and inform to them to go

through the last year Academic Planner (2018-19) for updating Annual Plan 2019-20

as per Agenda items given below

a. Content of Bridge course for all classes in all subjects .

b. Bridge course one month newly joined VI class Students.

c. Records and registers maintained

d. Schedule of talent search examination.

e. Details of Vocational Education to be introduced in selected schools such as

syllabus, schedule of teaching and Practical’s etc.

f. Details of Co-curricular activities on Physical Education, Club Activities Literary

Activities etc.

g. Schedule for special revision classes to public examination going students.

h. Scholarship details for registration etc.

i. EAMCET/NEET orientation teaching schedule and any other important item

mentioned is to be in detail prepared for wider in use in A.P. Model Schools

by the Principals and the Teachers.

j. Time table should be adjusted one period to everyday allotted to games and

sports.
