School Education - SCERT - Dissemination of NAS and S[,AS Assessment Results as on online Course on APeIO( DIKSHA to all teachers in the District - Certain instructions - Issued

Attention of all the Deputy Educationai Officers/ Mandal Educational

Officers and DI's in the district are informed that vide reference cited the

Director, SCERT, AP, Amaravathi that with the aim to ensure that capacity

building of all teachers in the state can be carried out simultaneously, SCERT has

decided to release online courses on the DIKSHA platform, that can be accessed

by all teachers using their Andhra Pradesh e-Knowledge Exchange (APelO() IDs.

The objective is to ensure that all teachers can complete the course in their

ownhome without having to attend in-person workshops for training.

As part of this initiative, SCERT has created an online course on DIKSHA for

the dissemination of the results of the NAS and SLAS suweys. The objectives of

this course are to:

Sensitize teachers about large scale assessments such as S[,AS and NAS.

a. Provide information on students' performance in these assessments.

b. Introduce post NAS interventions (Reading and understanding

assessments, developing Learning Outcome based classroom strategies

etc.)

c. Enable teachers make targeted and informed interventions to enhance

student learning and performance in subsequent assessments.

The completion of this course is essential for teachers to utilize assessment

results and insights to improve their students' Iearning levels.
