School Education – 5 day Trainings to DRPs on "ANANDA VEDICA", a Happiness Curriculum Initiative, in two spells from 27.05.2019 to 31.05.2019 (spell I) and from 01.06.2019 to 05.06.2019 (spell II) – Deputation of Resource Persons

In this regard, it is planned to conduct trainings to the District Resource Persons

(DRPs), Mandal Resource Persons (MRPs) in cascade mode. For this, the kind

attention of all the District Educational Officers, Project Officers of SMSA is invited to

the following information and guidelines for necessary action.

II. Identification of DRPs:

Identification of District Resource Persons and Mandal Resource Persons for this

programme should be very novel, to ensure quality delivery of training at lower levels

and continuous support to the programme.

Hence all the DEOs are requested to identify DRPs taking the following guidelines

into consideration.

1. They should be optimistic and peace lovers

2. They should have good interpersonal relations in their place of working and

with the people around them.

3. They should be interested in co-curricular activities like storytelling, doing

simple activities in the class with enthusiasm.

4. They should have a passion to understand the emotions of

pupil/colleagues/family members and help for the development of positive

emotions among them.

5. At least 40% of the participants must be women teachers.

6. DRPs from High Schools should be identified equally from all the

education divisions to ensure their pedagogic support to all the divisions not

only at the time of trainings, but also during the academic year 2019-20.

DEOs are requested to work in close coordination with AMO SMSA to identify

DRPs duly following the above guidelines. Number of DRPs to attend the TOT from

each district is furnished in the Annexure – I. Hence all the District Educational

Officers in the state are requested to depute the DRPs as per schedule given in the

above table.

III. Online Mapping of DRPs on APTTSS:

Registration of all the DRPs who are attending the state training on APTTSS is

mandatory as per the instructions of the Commissioner of School Education. Hence

all the District Educational Officers are requested to send the list of the participants

with necessary details as furnished in the Annexure – II (DRPs Primary) and III

(DRPs secondary). Please send the details in excel file to map with APTTSS to

SCERT mail ID.

IV. Deputation of State Resource Persons:

The State Resource Persons enlisted in Annexure IV should be present in the

School Education – 5 day Trainings to DRPs on "ANANDA VEDICA", a Happiness Curriculum Initiative, in two spells from 27.05.2019 to 31.05.2019 (spell I) and from 01.06.2019 to 05.06.2019 (spell II) – Deputation of Resource Persons – Orders issued
