I invite your attention to the references cited. In the reference 3rd cited, all the RDMA:s

and the Commissioners of GVMC and VMC have been instructed to take further necessary

action and complete the entire process of transfers on request within the District under

0.0.507, on or before 10.02.2019-. After counselling transfer proceedings shall be given to

the Teachers with a condition, that they shall be relieved. to join in the new station by

·11,02:2019 and to come back to the old sc.bool from where they were applied for transfer on

deputation to work till completion of the academic year 2018-2019 and they shall join in the

new stations on the last working day i:e.23.04.;2'019.

; cited, a schedule has been issued along with instructions to all the

R))MA.s and Commissioners of GVMC and VMC for filling up of certain categories of

Municipal Teachers through promotion counselling duly fallowing the instructions issued by

the Government and this office from time- to time, without fail, with a condition that, after

counselling, issue promotion orders on the day of counselling itself to the promotee teachers

and they will .be relieved to join in the new station, immediately and to come back to the old

school on the same day {from where they were promoted) on deputation to work till

completion of the academic year 2018-2019, and they shall join in the new stations on the last

working day i.e.2.3.04.2019.
