APSSA, Amaravati-Follow up of the Meeting of Inter-Ministerial Committee for implementation of Swachh Bharat Mission held on 3.12.2018-Reg.

All the District Educational Officers and Project officers, SSA in the state are

informed with reference cited that Ministry of Human Resource Developmeng

Department of School Education & Literacy, Gol has communicated that to give an

impetus to Swachh Vidyalaya initiative, as part of Swachh Bharat Mission ,and

accordingly to promote WASH fWater; Sanitation & Hygiene) facilities in schools and it

has been decided that walls of Government schools may be painted with Swachhata

messages on the occasion of 15Oth birth anniversary of Mahathma Gandhi.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers and Project Officers, SSA in the

state are instructed to take necessary action in the matter and also issue the necessary

instructions to concerned level officers to share the consolidated no. of schools

painted with Swachhata messages and training of teachers on WASH activities to this

office.
