salaries to the teachers, outsourcing staff and Guest Faculties in time –

The attention of all the District Educational Officers and Ex-

Officio Project Coordinators in the State is invited to the subject cited

and they are informed that, some staff working in AP Model

Schools have brought to the notice of the Commissioner of School

Education and Ex-Officio Project Director, Andhra Pradesh that, their

families are suffering from starvation due to non payment of salaries in

time and it is also observed that the salary bills of the teachers,

outsourcing staff and Guest Faculties are getting very late to submit at

district level as well as school level.

Further, the Commissioner of School Education and Ex-Officio

Project Coordinator, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati has issued Manual for

Management of Andhra Pradesh Model School vide

Procs.Rc.No.29/CSE/APMS/ B1/2017-1, Dt.09-08-2017, wherein clearly

stated that “ The Principal of A.P.Model School shall prepare salary bills

of all staff and forward to the District Educational Officer every month

from 20th to 25th and the District Educational Officer and Ex-Officio

Project Coordinator shall approve the salary bills after thorough

verification from 25th to 28 of every month”.

In spite of several reminders from the head office, the District

Educational Officers and Ex-Officio Project Coordinators in the State

All the Principals of A.P.Model Schools in the State are instructed

to submit the bills of regular teaching staff / Guest faculties to District

Educational Officer & Ex-Officio Project Coordinator concerned within

the due date and also submit the report in the annexed proformae-1A

and 1B by 21st of every month to the head office. Further, they are

directed to submit attendance certificates of outsourcing staff to the

Agency for every month from 21st to 20th of succeeding month and

claim the salary accordingly. At the first instance, attendance certificate
