APOSS-SSC & Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations, May, 2019- Adverse remarks in the press- Immediate Precautionary measures-Change of CS/DO with Gazetted Headmaster-Jumbling of invigilators- Orders-Issu
All the District Educational Officers are aware that the SSC & Intermediate Public Examinations, May-2019 are commenced from 01.05.2019 and so far four
examinations are completed. After review of the examinations completed and after careful examination of the news and other feedback from the officials concerned,
toto streamline the conduct of examinations, improve transparency, accountability it is decided to take the following precautionary measures with immediate effect:
The District Educational Officers and the District Coordinators of APOSS shall not leave the head quarters during examinations and spot valuation days without prior permission from the Government / Director, APOSS.
If both the Chief Superintendent and Departmental Officer of an examination centre are drafted from the School Assistant cadre, change one of them with the Regular Gazetted Headmaster.
Jumble the Invigilators 50% to 100% in every examination centre to the maximum extent of possibility for next three examinations.
If the Inspecting officers viz, District level Observers, state/District Officers notices textbooks, written material in and around examination halls, the Chief Superintendent and Departmental Officers shall be held responsible and immediate action shall be initiated against concerned as per rules in force.
If any forbidden material is found in the examination hall the Invigilator shall be held responsible and immediate action shall be initiated against defaulters as per rules in force.
All the District Educational Officers shall review the nature and conduct of examinations every day with the State Observers, Flying Squads and Sitting Squads and shall take necessary precautionary steps immediately.
All the District Educational Officers are, therefore, requested to take immediate necessary action and report compliance.
