All the District Electoral Officers and District Collectors in the state of

Andhra Pradesh are requested to instruct to their staff to follow the

following instructions on the cVIGIL, strictly.

Important InstructiQns on cVIGIL by E,C,I,

1. cVIGIL app is llvelfor citizens from 12thMarch 2019.

2. cVIGIL lOS app also will be available shortly in a week for

citizens.

\.... \ \ L- 3. Election staff and officers can use cVIGIL citizen app to file

...\- complaint on model code violations, however for cVIGIL

investigators and field units has an option of Suo-Moto

,option in the "cVIGIL Investigator App" to file a complaint

/'\ . "'" I • If a Complaint assign to field unit from DCC dashboard both

that anyone person can submit the enquiry report and it

S. Decider (RO/ARO) has three options to decide:

I. Drop- drop cases are the cases which are not found

c rrect.

lspose-dlspose cases are when an investigator or

returning officer found that case is correct and also

addressed. i

III. Escalate-escalate cases are which required more

enquiry then only case have to address in NGRS portal

and ROIARO must reply to citizen with appropriate

reason. If any case escalated and it must be clear

in one day, .

6. All field investigator units who are registered and

downloaded the investigator app must inform to DCC team

in respective district if the Magistrate or Inspector is going

out of AC or PC or district on any other work so that the

DCC team will mark the investigator team or member as

Inactive.
