PEP - Awareness and Capacity Building Programme/ Workshops by SCERT- With the support of NISD, New Delhi- 2 days Training Programme for Teachers–1Day awareness programme for Students- Reg.

An awareness programme on Drug Abuse was planned to be conducted

by SCERT with the support of NISD, New Delhi, to create awareness among

the Students and parents. In this connection it is planned to organize 1 day

awareness programme for the School children and Parents to create

awareness on Drug Abuse and its harms and activities on Society etc.

Hence the DEOs of all Districts are requested to identify 10 Schools,

in which number of students of 9th class is 150 or more. They are further

requested to depute 3 Teachers from each identified School for the 2 days

programme, which will be organized as per the schedule in Annexure with

the instructions, to report to the Course Director at the venue.

Therefore the DEOs of all Districts in the State of Andhra Pradesh are

requested to identify 10 High Schools of their respective district and depute

30 teachers @ 3 teachers per identified Schools and furnish the details by

11.02.2019 to this office for onward submission to the NISD New Delhi,
