Sub: MA&UD Department - Municipal Education - Teachers attending other

duties within and out side ULBs without prior permission from the competent

authorities - Certain instructions -Tssued - Regarding.

The attention of all the Commissioners of Urban Local Bodies where Municipal

Schools exists are invited to the subject cited, and it is noticed by the under signed that, most

of the Municipal Teachers apart from their duties they are attending duties other than

Municipal Schools and out side the Urban Local Body concerned without prior permission

from the competent authority.

2. Therefore, all the Commissioners of Urban Local Bodies where Municipal Schools

exists are hereby instructed to communicate the following instructions to all the Municipal

Teachers working in the Urban Local Body.

• To attend the assigned duties only as per their job chart.

• All Physical Educational Teachers / PDs shall adopt regular school timings.

• While attending their duties, they shall improve the standards of the students in their

Municipal Schools.

• If any orders of deputation'of Municipal Teachers by other departments issued like.

Trainings, examinations, spot valuation etc. shall not be attend without written

permission of the Municipal Commissioner concerned.

• Shall not leave & attend any other work in other Schools other than Municipal

Schools without prior permission of the Municipal Commissioner concerned ..

• If any deputation for more than 10 days is required for the teacher for official purpose,

permission to be obtained from the undersigned.

3. Any deviation noticed in complying the above instructions, necessary action will be

initiated against the Teacher responsible as per CCA Rules.
