The Civil Supply Department will supply napkins as per requirement (enclosed) submitted by the school Education Department to the Fair Price Shops (FPS).
The District wise, Mandal wise, School wise statement is herewith
enclosed.
The Headmaster should collect the material from the Fair Price Shops (FPS) as per the requirement in the statement shown against the school name.
The Headmaster /Female/Male Teacher should maintain stock
register and issue register in the school duly preserving the same in safe custody.
An App in the name of “Raksha” will be developed by the NIC for material receiving and supply to the girls students of Sanitary Napkins .
Hence, all the District Educational Officers are requested to issue necessary instructions to the Headmasters of the of Govt., Z.P, MPUP, Aided, Mpl, KGBV, A.P Model Schools to follow the above guidelines and also see that the supply of the sanitary napkins is made as per guidelines in cooperation with the civil supply department.
