ORDER:

In the reference 6th read above, the Commissioner of School Education,

Andhra Pradesh has stated that the Under Secretary to Government, MHRD, GoI,

has released an amount of Rs.6162.64 Lakhs and Rs.7846.01 lakhs as recurring

central assistance under National Programme of Mid Day Meal in Schools for the

year 2018-19. She has further stated that after submission of the details of

expenditure incurred by the Sate, the Government of India has released the 2nd

instalment of Rs.11070.77 Lakhs as recurring central assistance to the Government

of Andhra Pradesh as per the norms of expenditure towards cooking cost. The

Commissioner of School Education, A.P., has, therefore, requested to arrange to

issue BRO and Administrative Sanction orders for an amount of Rs.17657.29 lakhs

under MDMS for I – VIII classes for the year 2018-19, for smooth implementation of

the programme.

2. In the G.O. 7th read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release

Order for an amount of Rs.34,39,14,000/- (Rupees thirty four crore, thirty nine lakh

and fourteen thousand only) as additional funds (Rs.1664.16 Lakhs (CSS) +

Rs.1774.98 Lakhs (MSS)) in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation

orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an

appropriate time during the C.F.Y. 2018-19 as recurring grant (2nd installment) for

implementation of MDMS for I-VIII classes for the year 2018-19.

3. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU. School

Education) Department vide G.O. 7th read above, Government hereby accord

administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.34,39,14,000/- (Rupees thirty four crore,
