Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Government of Telangana have issued certain guidelines for effecting Inter State Transfer of the employees working in both the States.

In the Circular Memo. 1st read above, the Government of Andhra

Pradesh and the Government of Telangana have issued certain guidelines

for effecting Inter State Transfer of the employees working in both the

States.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner of School

Education, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam has forwarded 54 Inter State Transfer

proposals on spouse grounds and 25 Inter State Transfer proposals on

Mutual grounds.

3. In the references 3rd to 5th read above, Government of Andhra

Pradesh has forwarded consent to the Government of Telangana for effecting

Inter-State Transfer of teachers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State on

mutual grounds.

4. In the reference 6th read above, School Education Department,

Government of Telangana has accorded permission to the Director of School

Education, Telangana, Hyderabad for effecting Inter State Transfers of 20

teachers on mutual grounds.

5. In the reference 7th read above, the Director of School Education,

Telangana, Hyderabad, has communicated the orders issued by the School

Education Department, Government of Telangana for effecting Inter-State

Transfer of 20 teachers of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State on mutual

grounds and requested the Government of Andhra Pradesh to admit the

reported teachers in the State of Andhra Pradesh for issuing posting orders

in respective districts where their mutual teachers are working in the State

of Andhra Pradesh.

6. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby order to

effect the Inter-State Transfer of the following 20 teachers of Andhra

Pradesh and Telangana State on mutual grounds subject to taking the last

rank next to last regular candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh /

Telangana State and also other conditions stipulated
