Upload indent Textbooks 2019-20

All the Mandal Educational Officers in the District are aware that the distribution

of national textbooks for the ensuing academic year 2019–2020 is fast approaching and

all the Mandal Educational Officers should be aware of the Indents to be placed by them

in CSE website without any omissions and the mistakes as was done in the last academic

year.

1) The CSE website has been opened since 5 –12–18 at mandal level.

2) The Mandal Educational Officers should place NT Books indent in online by

11thof December at any cost.

3) While placing indent in online, every care should be taken that, no school is

omitted

4) If DISE CODE is not available to any new school opened, they should

immediately contact the Assistant statistical officer of the District Educational

Officer. Mobile number:

5) After enter process of placing of online indent is completed, printouts should

be taken and submit to the District Educational Officer duly signed.

6) While placing of NT Books indent in online, the Mandal Educational Officers

should not make any attempt to the following mediums,namely viz..

Hindi,Oriya and Tamil, even if the strength is appeared in the website. Utmost

care should be taken in this aspect.

7) The mobile numbers of staff who are attending the job of placing of Indent in

online and distribution of books maybe furnished without fail.

8) All the Mandal Educational Officers are requested to contact the DTM, Kadapa

for any quarries. Contact number

9) If any shortfall of NT Books notice during 2019-2020 will be held personal

responsible and stringent disciplinary action will be initiated against the

defaulters.

10) The Mandal Educational Officers are also requested to be cautious in checking

mails and urgent messages sent through the whatsapp group
