Permanent e-mail addresses for all Departments of Secretariat for the purpose of receiving 

inward communication (Tappal) – Notification – Issued.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (PU.B) DEPARTMENT 

G.O.Ms.No.154 Dated:12.12.2018. 

ORDER: 

 It has been decided to create permanent Official e-mail ids in respect of all 

Secretariat Departments for the purpose of receiving inward communication from general 

public and others. 

2. Government after careful examination notify the following permanent e-mail 

addresses for all Secretariat Departments:


3. The Middle Level Officer / Assistant Secretary to Government in-charge of Office 

Procedure in each Department shall check this mail every hour, and process it as per 

Secretariat Office Manual. He shall also configure this e-mail in his official smart phone with 

the support of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Department. 

4. The Departments concerned shall prominently display the Official e-mail id in their 

official websites. 

5. The Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase, Vijayawada is 

requested to publish the above e-mail addresses in the extra-ordinary issue of A.P. Gazette.
