No. As per YouTube official policy, you can’t download outside of YouTube application to use

them without Internet.

Note: There are many YouTube downloader software’s available on the Internet. However, You

can download and use them at your own risk.

Can I record videos from the Internet using Screen Recorder software’s which are available

on the Internet?

Screen recording software’s are essentially to record your own work. This will help your work

to share with others.

Note: Never record any copyrighted video/content using Screen recorder software’s. Also,

don’t share.
