Attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the reference 4th

read above, wherein the Director-Secondary Education, O/o Commissioner of Public Instruction,

Government of Karnataka has stated that the Southern Indian Science SISF-2019 is scheduled to

be conducted from 07.01.2019 to 11.01.2019 at Bangalore, Karnataka State.

In this connection, the State Level Science, Mathematics and Environmental Exhibition

(SLSMEE)-2018-19 is scheduled to be conducted from 30-12-2018 to 31-12-2018 (2 days) at

Z.P.H.S Chandrampalem of Anandapuram Mandal Visakhapatnam.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to complete the

District Level Science, Mathematics and Environmental Exhibition (DLSMEE)-2018-19 before

th December, 2018 without fail. Further requested to submit the list of selected exhibit (a)

Individuals Exhibit-1, (b) Group Exhibit-1 from each sub theme and (c) Teacher Exhibit - 6 as

per the given guidelines to this office on or before 27.12.2018 so as to enable this office to conduct

the State Level Science & Mathematics Environment Exhibition (SLSMEE) at Visakhapatnam from

30-12-2018 to 31-12-2018. The district level winner team shall report on 29t

h December ,2018 at

Vishakapatnam.

The District Educational Officer Visakhapatnam is requested to make all necessary

arrangements for accommodation ,boarding and lodging
