employeesoflocalbodieswhoareappointedlaterthroughA.P.P.S.C.andD.S.C.,into

Govt.Serviceonorafter10-12-2004,andwhoarecontinuingingovernmentserviceas

ontodaybegivenpayprotectionunderF.R22(a)(iv)withmonetarybenefitfrom the

dateofissueofthoseordersi.e,02.06.2011.

2. IntheG.Osecondreadabove,Governmentissuedfurtherorders extendingthe

benefitofpayprotectiontotheemployeesofLocalBodieswhoareappointedlater

throughAPPSCandDSCintoGovernmentservicebetween02.06.2011and31.12.2013.

Themonitorybenefitallowedfromthedateofissueofthoseordersi.e.19.02.2014.

3. Inthereferencethirdreadabove,theAndhraPradeshSecretariatAssociation

(APSA),Velagapudihasrequestedforprotectionofpaytothe2018batchASOs,who

hailedfrom localbodyservicesi.eteachersunderFR22(a)(iv)onparwiththeearlier

batches.

4. Governmentaftercarefulexaminationofthemattertakenaconsidereddecision

andherebyissueamendmenttoomitthefollowingphraseinpara(6)oftheG.O.first
