The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the references read above and they are informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh issued notification for filling up of 16,347 teacher posts through Mega DSC-2025 on large scale for strengthening of School Education in the State. They are further informed that it is decided to organize a 3 day Residential Training Programme to the identified State Resource Persons(SRPs)) for onward conduct of Induction Training Programme to all newly recruited Primary, secondary teachers and Principals. The training will be imparted on the following: 1. Teacher’s role 2. Curriculum Pedagogy & Model Lesson 3. Classroom Management & Student Development, Assessment & Monitoring 4. ICT & Digital learning, TLM, Academic Calendar 5. Teacher Hand Book, Student Assessment Booklet, Curriculum Integration, Inclusive Education , NEP-2020 and LEAP App etc. They are also informed that the 3-day training
programme will be in residential mode. The venue for the training prgramme and the number of participants is detailed below:
