All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that, the Ministry of Education, Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of India has informed that the PM SHRI scheme which aims to establish more than 14,500 schools across the country with comprehensive, dedicated and inclusive interventions to promote holistic transformation at all levels, including equity, access, quality and inclusion. Six phases of selection have already been completed. Further, they are informed that the Seventh phase o f selection will commence from 10th march, 2025 the seventh phase of selection process will be done through a transparent challenge method wherein schools will self-apply on the online portal. The online challenge portal will remain open for application, verification and approval for Schools/Districts/States/MoE as per the tentative schedule mentioned bel
a Nodal Officer at District level and constitute a committee to visit the schools for verification and furnish the list of recommended schools with covering letter along with justification of 100 words of each school. further informed that to use the services of the existing school heads of PM SHRI schools (Phase 1&2) to facilitate the school heads for participating in the portal. Further, they are informed the team leader of the PWC of this office along with members shall guide the school heads for any technical issues towards the online challenging portal. The Director, SIEMAT is the State Nodal Officer and over all monitoring of the PM SHRI Schools and also the following Senior Officers as Team Leaders and Sectoral Officers of Samagra Shiksha are District In-charges to monitor the Districts mentioned against their names for entire selection process of seventh phase PM SHRI schools in the State. The District visiting officers should visit the schools during the process of registration and district verification at district level for any two days and guide the School Heads for getting 100% marks in participating the challenging method.
