Ref:- Proposals for constitution of Examination centers received from the District Educational Officers in the State.
The proposals for the constitution of Centers along with Examination zones submitted to this office for the conduct of SSC, OSSC and SSC Vocational Course Public Examinations, March-2025 are examined and accorded formal approval. A copy of the statement containing the Examination Zones, Centers in the Examination zones and the attached schools approved is appended to this letter. Action must be taken accordingly to make proper arrangements for the smooth, efficient and orderly conduct of examinations. They should identify officials / staff required for the conduct of the examinations well in advance and issue appointment orders to them. The Heads of Schools and other officers concerned may be informed about the arrangements to be made for the smooth and orderly conduct of examinations with reference to the instructions issued from this office from time to time.
The following are some of the Important Instructions to be followed while identifying and appointing the Chief Superintendent, Departmental Officers and Additional Departmental Officers.
1. The Headmasters / Mandal Educational Officers / School Assistants who are capable, reliable, honest and having integrity shall be appointed as Chief Superintendents and Departmental Officers. It may be ensured that only the persons who discharge their dutics without fear or favour are appointed.
2. In the first instance, the Ileadmasters of the High Schools shall be appointed as Chief Superintendents / Departmental Officers. After exhausting them, Senior School Assistants who are capable, reliable and honest shall be appointed if required.
3. In case in a center, if the students of the same school are not writing, the Headmaster of the same High School may be appointed as Chief Superintendent for the center to have effective control. Persons with complaints against them, incapability, suspicious nature and not having proper previous record shall not be considered and appointed. This is applicable to the centers constituted in High Schools of all managements. In case Primary School or U.P School is constituted as a centre, the Chief Superintendent shall be appointed from nearby Govt./Z.P High Schools only.
