APOSS- SSC Intermediate (APOSS) Public Examinations, March, 2025- Nomination of Officers for DEC & Proposals for corrections

All the District Educational Officers are aware that, Government in the GO cited, issued orders for constitution of District Examination Committee, which functions under the leadership of the DEO and works under the guidance and control of the Collector & District Magistrate. The DEC is accountable/answerable to the Collector & District Magistrate.
Accordingly, all the District Educational Officers are requested to submit proposal in the proforma enclosed for constitution of District Examination Committees:
i. Propose two names for nomination into the District Examination Committee. Ensure, out of two members, one is from Government Junior College and the other is from Govt./Z.P/MPL High Schools.
ii. Nominate District Vocational Educational Officer, District Intermediate Education Officer and Regional Inspection Officer of BIE of the concerned District as DEC members in addition to the committee.
iii. Propose one officer for SSC and one officer for Intermediate with previous experience who are highly confidential/trustworthy/sincere from the cadre of Headmaster/Principal/Jr. Lecturer/ School Asst for appointment DRDC officer for SSC and Intermediate Examinations.
iv. Further, the Asst. Commissioner of Govt. Exams and the District Coordinator of APOSS are also members of the District Examination Committee.
V. Propose one officer for SSC/Intermediate who is highly confidential/trustworthy/sincere and having previous experience from the cadre of Headmaster/Principal/Jr. Lecturer/ School Asst for appointment as Chief Coding Officer for SSC/Intermediate spot valuation camp.
vi. Furnish, the name and address of the regular SSC spot valuation center, as the APOSS spot valuation work will be taken up in the same venue, after completion regular SSC spot valuation work.
vii. Propose name and address of one School having strong windows and doors without leaks for constitution of District Reception and Distribution
