School Education – A.P. Model Schools – Organizing Awareness activities and competitions at school level during the Energy Conservation week from 14th December to 20th December 2024- Certain instructions -
Adverting to the reference citede the AP State Energy Conservation Mission has informed that they are organizing Energy Conservation Week in a big way from 14th December to 20th December 2024 duly involving students through awareness activities and competitions during Energy Conservation Week which helps them understand energy efciency and environmental responsibilitye fostering a strong culture of sustainability. Further they suggested the following activities for schools to organize during Energy Conservation Week 1. Banner Display: Place a banner (minimum 6ft x 4ft) at the school location. 2. Awareness March: Conduct a student rally with banners and energy efciency slogans. 3. Awareness Seminar: Hold a 30-minute seminar explaining the importance of energy efciency and the role of students. 4. Morning Assembly Presentations: Deliver short speeches on energysaving practices. Competitions and Awareness
Programs: 1. Poster and Slogan Competition: Theme: "Energy Conservation and Efciency." Display winning posters to spread awareness. 2. Essay Writing/Speech Contes
