The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha has accorded permission to call for new tenders for procurement of perishable and non perishable dietary items to all type -III and IV KGBVs in the state. in this regard all the District Educational Ofcers & Ex-Ofcio Project Coordinator/ Additional Project Coordinators are here by directed to procure perishable and non perishable dietary items to all the type -III and IV KGBVs concerned duly following guidelines through District Purchase committee. Guidelines to District Educational Ofcers & EOPC/ Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha for procurement of Provisions and other items 1. District Purchasing Committee (DPC) under the Chairmanship of the Joint Collector formed for procurement of diferent provisions and items required will fnalize the Suppliers and the Rates for the KGBV's as per the Procedure therein. 2. District wise tenderers may be called for procurement of provisions. 3. The convener has to prepare the tender schedule and the material for which tenders are to be called for. 4. In case of Vegetables and Fruits, the convener has to prepare the details/quantity of last one year consumption of each
vegetables and fnalize the rate basing on the tentative quantity required. 5. Based on the tenders received, the DRC shall fnalize the list of Suppliers along with approved rates for each item. 6. This shall be done for all items/provisions such as Dals, Wheat, Oil,
