SE - APMS – Distribution of Vote on Account Budget for (4) months i.e., 1st April,2024 to 31st July,2024 of the Financial year 2024-25 to all AP Model Schools in the State Orders-Issued
In pursuance of the Government orders read above, the sanction is hereby accorded to release an amount of Rs.36,08,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Lakhs and Eight Thousand Only) under the Head of Account:2202-02-109-11-06-130/137 (OE-Administrative Expenses) may be distributed to all 164 A.P.Model Schools in the State to meet the expenditure towards Consumables/Stationery for the Financial Year 2024-25. 2. Therefore, the Chief Accounts Ofcer, O/o CSE, A.P. is requested to distribute an amount of Rs.36,08,000/- (Rupees Thirty Six Lakhs and Eight Thousand Only) @22,000/- per school for (4) months i.e., 1st April,2024 to 31st July, 2024 under the HOA:2202-02-109-11-06130/137 for the purpose to meet the OE-Administrative Expenses of A.P. Model Schools in the State from the Vote on Account Budget of the Financial year 2024-25 and also
requested to authorize/ approve in CFMS Budget portal as per the Annexure
