APSS- Samagra Shiksha- AP SALT Project-District Level Phase III Teach Tool Orientation from 01.07.2024 to 10.07.2024 (SPELL 1) & 18.07.2024 to 27.07.2024( SPELL 2) - Release of budget to 26 Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the StateOrders Issued

   Attention is invited to the re.2nd cited read above, instructions were issued to conduct phase III Teach Tool trainings at District level in two spells from  01.07.2024 to 10.07.2024 (SPELL 1) & 18.07.2024 to 27.07.2024( SPELL 2)         Therefore,under the power vested with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, A.P. sanction is hereby accorded to Rs. 5,10,35,340. (Five crores ten lakhs thirty fve thousand and three forty only towards conduct of teach tool trainings at District level in two spells from 01.07.2024 to 10.07.2024 (SPELL 1) & 18.07.2024 to 27.07.2024( SPELL 2).         The Finance controller of this ofce is hereby requested to release 75 % of an amount of Rs. 3,82,76,505 (Three crores eighty-two lakhs seventysix thousand and fve hundred and fve rupees only) out of sanctioned Rs. 5,10,35,340. (Five crores ten lakhs thirty-fve thousand and three forty only to 26 Districts Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State to conduct phase III Teach Tool trainings at District level in two spells from 01.07.2024 to 10.07.2024 (SPELL 1) & 18.07.2024 to 27.07.2024( SPELL 2). The district wise budget sheet is attached.          Further, the 26 Districts Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby requested to utilize the said budget as per the budget norms attached to the proceedings and also directed to submit the original bills and vouchers to the undersigned to release the balance 25 % budget.
