n of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the State is invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein detailed instructions were issued regarding the Visits and Inspections to be made by the Mandal Educational Ofcers, Deputy Educational Ofcers, District Educational Ofcers and Regional Joint Directors of School Education. Further it is informed that, a new software application developed specifcally for the Visits / Inspection of Schools across our State. This advanced tool aims to streamline processes, improve efciency, and provide comprehensive insights into school evaluations. Below are the instructions for efectively utilizing this software: 1. Access and eermissions: Access the application through the Students Attendance application. Upon login, select the Visits/Inspection icon and enter the School UDISE code to be inspected. Fill up the visit/inspection form accordingly. 2. Data Entry and Verifcation: Verify the completeness and correctness of the dynamically available data. Collect and enter relevant data and observations. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers are instructed to issue necessary instructions to Deputy Educational Ofcers and Mandal Educational Ofcers to diligently follow these instructions to enhance the efciency and
