Address the Commissioner of Police, Visakahapatnam with a request to make necessary POLICE BUNDOBUST and TRAFFIC arrangements at the venue point. 2. Address the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Visakahapatnam with a request to make necessary sanitation arrangements sanitation in the venue and surroundings and duly water facility. 3. Address the Executive Engineer (Electricity), Visakahapatnam District with a request to arrange continuous power supply without any interruption from 04.09.2023 and 05.09.2023 4. Arrange reception at the venue point on 04.09.2023 05.00 PM 07.00 PM for conducting meeting with the selected Best Teacher Awardees to give instructions, distribution of badges, dinner. 5. Arrange cultural programmes with the students of Government institutions on 05.09.2023. 6. Book 03 rooms in nearby venue at any Government Guest house/ Hotel for providing accommodation for staff of the O/o the Commissioner of School
Education, A.P and O/o the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha from 04.09.2023 to 05.09.2023. Hence, the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the District Educational Officer, Visakahapatnam District are requested to take immediate action in the above matter and make arrangements on the above items by involving necessary staff to the above program for conducting the programme smoothly.
