All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District

Educational Officers in the State are informed that, it has been decided to

take up promotions before reopening of schools for the year 2023-24 in

the schools under the managements of Government, Mandal / Zilla

Parishad Schools management wise separately on adhoc basis in the

State.

The proposed schedule is as follows

In this regard, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and

District Educational Officers in the state are requested to conduct

promotion counseling as per the above schedule to the post of Gr.ll H.Ms

in the matter and any deviation in following the guidelines and instructions

by any responsible officer will be taken to task for implementing the

disciplinary procedures.
