School Education-Aided – Continuous declining of students enrollment in certain aided Schools – Some of the Districts Zero enrollment schools - Take action as per rules - Instructions
e attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the reference 1st read above, wherein they have furnished the details of total aided schools, cadre strength, working, Vacant and also enrollment for the last three academic years in their respective districts. Further, in the reference 2nd cited, all the District Educational Officers were reeuested to take immediate necessary steps to close the aided schools which are showing zero enrollment and also take necessary action against the schools which are not having minimum strength and also showing continuous declining of strength for the last two years in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1, Education, dated -1.-1.1994. No school shall be closed in the middle of the academic year. Sufficient time and reasonable opportunity
may be given to the correspondents to avoid legal complications in the matter . Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are once again reeuested to complete the entire process as per rules before commencement of the next academic year without giving any scope to court cases
