School Education –Admission of children in Class I under Section 12(1) (C) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act,2009 for the academic year 2023-2024 for all Private Unaided Schools (IB/ICSE/CBSE/State Syllabus) in Andhra Pradesh after the process of 1st Round of lottery- Instruction issued

     In this connection, it is informed that the lists  of eligible children , district wise, with allotted schools, have been communicated to all the District Educational Ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state through e-mail to their respective ofces.         In view of the above, all the District Educational Ofcers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Siksha in the state are requested to take necessary action immediately to ensure that all the admissions of the eligible children under Section 12 (1) of 2009 in the allotted IB/ICSE/CBSE/State Syllabus followed schools will be completed in the schedule prescribed from 19.04.2023 to 25.04.2023 duly updating the admitted children information every day in the website platform provided. Further, they are instructed to send  frequent messages to the Parents of the children concerned and direct the management of the Schools concerned to allow the admission of the children without raising any objections and to aff the list of selected children in the Notice Board and in front of the school premises for availability of the parents  . Further also








 instructed to complete the admission of the children duly coordinating with the Collector and District Magistrates concerned  if any issues  arise by the Management of the Schools regarding admission of children
