Sub: SE-MDM circulation of Jagananna Gorumudda SOP & User Manual of
IMMS App to all the Schools instruction to all stake holders.
Ref Meeting of the meeting convened by Chief Secretary Govt.of AP on
14.09.2022.

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District
Educational Officers is invited that, a updated Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for
Jagananna Gorumudda and user manual for the IMMS App for HMs, Parent Committee
members, Educational Assistants of the Ward /Village Secretariat, Village Organizations/
SLF, officials are herewith attached.
The Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in
the state are requested to circulate the SOP and the user manual to all the Schools, Parent
committee members, Educational Assistants of Ward and Village Secretariat, Village
Organizations (SERP) / SLF (MEPMA), MEOs, Dy.EOs for following the SOP scrupulously
and using the manual for IMMS App by all the stakeholders for entering the observations of
their inspections in the App.

Therefore, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational
Officers in the state are instructed to monitor the implementation of the Jagananna
Gorumudda Scheme as per the SOP and monitor through the MDM dashboard given in the
website mentioned above and Toll free number 14417 through Spandana login.
