A.P. Model Schools - Certain instructions regarding Filling up of left over vacancies for Classes VI and Intermediate including VII, VIII, IX, X and Intermediate II year into AP Model Schools during the current Academic Year 2022-23
The attention of all the District Educational Ofcers and Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State is invited to the references read above certain guidelines are hereby issued pertaining to flling up of left over seats in VI and Intermediate 1st Year and also in Classes VII, VIII, IX, X and Intermediate II year through Of-line mode duly observing the rule of reservation without any deviation. a. If online applications are available please fll the seats as per roaster, frst local students then non-local students. b.If online applications are not available for 6th class and also regarding leftover seats to take the admissions for classes VII to IX and 1st Year Intermediate, on a frst come frst serve basis, duly following the roaster, and also merit for frst-year left out admissions. c.If more No.of
applications are received than the leftover seats for each Class , Lottery should be conducted at school level and if less No.of applications are received admission should be given on First come frst serve basis. d.The admission process is to be done by constituting a committee with the Principal, Senior PGT and Sr. TGT as a committee at the school level
