Smagra Shiksha- SIEMAT – NISTHA 3.0 (FLN) – certain teachers not enrolled – reasons called for
The attention of all the District Educational Ofers & Ex- Ofcio Project
Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha, Regional Joint Directors of School Education,
Additional project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha and Principals of DIETs in the
state are informed that the NCERT conducted NISHTHA FLN (NISHTHA 3.0), an
online teacher training program hosted on DIKSHA platform/mobile application
from 01-10-2021 to 31-03- 2022 for all the teachers of pre-primary to 5th class
and school Heads from all managements.
Further, to ensure the completion of courses, NCERT has requested the states to
reopen all the 12 NISHTHA 3.0 courses from April 1st, 2022 to May 31, 2022.
With reference to 1 cited, instructions were given to ensure that all the teachers
who were unable to join / complete/unsuccessful to obtain certifcates for any
course in the previous instance should join the batches starting from April 1st
2022 to May 31st 2022. and complete the course without fail. It is noticed that,
5592 teachers/ school heads were not enrolled in NISHTHA 3.0 courses. (List
