School Education – Midday Meal– Supply of Peanut jaggery Chikki to students in Govt. Schools – Supply orders- Issued - Laboratory testing

The District Education Ofcere in the State are informed thate E –

procurement tenders were called fore for supply of E-Procurement tenders were

called fore for supply of Peanut jaggery Chikki to the students in the Government

schools in the reference 1st read abovee after qualifying in the Technical Bid /

Financial Bide the successful Bidders entered into an Agreement with the

department for supply of Peanut jaggery Chikki to schools and supply orders

were issued to the frms for supply of Peanut jaggery Chikkis to students in 13

districts.

As per the Tender Documente Section-II (General Conditions of Contract)e

Clause. 4 Inspection and tests:

4.1: The Supplier shall keep the stock in selected stock points for

verifcation by the State Level Technical Committee for the inspection/tests

of each lot samples which do not meet quality requirement shall be liable

to be rejected/replaced.“

Thereforee the District Educational Ofcers in the State are requested to

obtain the Peanut Jaggery Chikki (1 Kg Packet) from any one of the School and

submit the same to this ofce through special messenger before 15/03/2022.

They are also requested to furnish the details in the following format
