e attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education /the
District Educational Ofcers in the state is invited to the reference cited (copy
enclosed), wherein the Secretary, APREI Society and SPoC, Nodal Ofcer, CBSE
Prorect has furnished the list of documents to be required and upload in website
for the CBSE Afliation (Annexure-I) suggested by the CBSE authorities and user
manual (Annexure-II) in the given website

Therefore all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education
/District Educational Ofcer are requested to communicate the list of
selected High Schools to all Headmasters of selected High Schools and
issue necessary instructions to collect the required documents from the
respective departments in advance and upload the school information in
the above given link in their respective rurisdiction on or before 27th
March, 2022.
If any documents are not readily available and its take time for
obtaining the documents from the competent authorities, the concerned
Headmasters can prepare self certifcate and upload the same for time
being. Thereafter said certifcates should be obtained from the competent
authorities and ready to produce to the CBSE authorities as and when
called for / visited the school.
