successful execution of NDD - March 2022 Round -Regarding

With reference to the subject cited, the National Deworming Day (NDD),

Government of Andhra Pradesh has planned to implement the School and anganwadi

based NDD programme from 02.03.2022 to 05.03.2022 in all the (13) districts of the

state.

In this context, all the officers mentioned in the address entry may be led/direct

for the below mentioned tasks in coordination with the RBSK coordinators and other

Support staff and in coordination with line departments of Education & WCD

Departments.

Key responsibilities of Stakeholder Departments:

1. Department of Health:

Key Nodal department for implementing the National Deworming Day

Conduct the District Coordination Committee Meeting (DCCM) before

28th February, 2022 with active involvement of stakeholder

departments under the chairmanship of District Collectors regarding the

NDD March 2022

DCCM minutes to be prepared and circulated among the key

stakeholders on same day and to post meeting to keep track on the

action points for timely closure.

2. Integrated IEC and Drug Distribution:

.Department of Health will be responsible for timely distribution of the

drugs available at PHCs to Schools and Anganwadis along with the

reporting forms by 28th February 2022 through frontline workers.

3. NDD Trainings:

District level officials of Health (DM&HOs/RBSKs) to complete the NDD

district level training by 26th February 2022.

Simultaneou sly PHC level trainings are to be completed by 28th February

2022.
