APMS - Appointment of Contract Teachers

I submit that the Government have accorded permission to the DSE,

A.P. for engaging 211 PGTs and 71 TGTs = 282 posts on Contractual basis

for the year 2021-2022. An estimated expenditure of Rs.1,73,85,600/-

(Rupees One Crore Seventy Three Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Six

Hundred only) for the months of February, March-2022 for the FY 2021-22

towards engaging 282 posts of guest lecturers with minimum Time Scale

of Pay as prescribed in G.O.Ms.lNo.40, Finance (HR.I-Policy&Plg) Dept.,

Dated.18-06-2021 for the posts of PGTs and TGTs.

I submit that the present allocation of budget under the HoA toward

payment of salaries to the staf working in A.P. Model Schools is not

sufcient to meet the above budget reiuirement.

I therefore reiuest the Government to allocate additional budget of

Rs.1,73,85,600/- (Rupees One Crore Seventy Three Lakhs Eighty Five

Thousand Six Hundred only) duly creating a separate HoA for this purpose,

if necessary towards meeting the above expenditure in the year 2021-22.
