A copy of the reference cited is sent herewith to all the Regional

Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the

State and informed that Govt has requested to instruct all the

Headmasters of all management schools regarding Armed Forces Flag Day

to be held on 7 December and collect the donations from the students

voluntarily and also handover the collected amount to the Zilla Sainik

Welfare officer at the District Level.

Therefore they are requested to issue necessary instructions to all

Headmasters of all management schools for collecting the donations from

the students voluntarily and handover the collected amount to the zilla

Sainik welfare offñcer at the District Level to utilise the same for the

welfare of the Ex-servicemen and their dependents.
