S.C.E.R.T., A.P. - Conducting of Rangotsav (experiencial learning) programme at State Level scheduled on 04-01-2022 at O/o the Director, S.C.E.R.T., Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

The Rangotsav Celebration is an art centre with an objective of providing a

stimulating environment to bring out artistic and creative potential in children and in addition,

a platform to exhibit their hidden talents.

In the reference 2nd cited instructions have been issued to all Principals, Government

DIETs in the State to conduct District Level Rangotsav Competitions at all 13 district’s Govt.

DIETS on 28-12-2021 as per schedule for 1st to 8th class students of all Government

management schools in the State on the following events in all 13 districts under the

observation of the Principals of 13 Govt. DIETs by appointing judge.

1. Colouring Competitions

2. Hand Writing Competitions

3. Cartoon Making Competitions

4. Greeting Card Making Competitions etc.

Accordingly, it is decided to conduct State Level Rangotsav Competitions at O/o the

Director, S.C.E.R.T., “B” Block, Anjaneya Towers, Ibrahimpatnam, Vijayawada, Andhra

Pradesh on 04-01-2022 for District Level 1st Prize Winners on above competitions.

In view of the above, the following are appointed as Judges for State Level

Rangotsav Competitions.

1. Smt. Dr. Sk. Kalesha Begum, Lecturer, & V. Sarada Devi, SCERT O/o Director,

S.C.E.R.T., A.P. or Hand Writing Competitions.

2. Sri K.S. Jagadeeshwara Rao, H.M., Z.P.H.S., Gollannapalli, Gannavaram Mandal,

Krishna District for Cartoon making competitions.

3. Sri M. Lakshmana Babu, Drawing Teacher, Z.P.H.S., Nidamanuru, Vijayawada Rural

Mandal, Krishna District for Greeting Card making competitions etc.,

4. Sri S.P. Mallikarjuna Rao, Art Instructor, Z.P.HS., Tadigadapa, Panamaluru Mandal,

Krishna District for Colouring competitions.
