The attention of all the RJDSEs/DEOs in the State are invited to the

reference read above, and they are requested to inform the teachers under your

jurisdiction to submit any correspondence to the higher authorities/other

departments through proper channel only and any deviation in this regard shall

be viewed seriously as APCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964 and action will be initiated

against them as per A.P.C.S (CCA) Rules, 1991.

Further, the District

Educational Officer, Krishna and West Godavari are

instructed to call for explanation from Sri D Ratam Raju, SGT, MPPS,

Gurivindagunta, Krishna District and Sri S Khaja Mohiddin, SGT, MPPS,

Venkatapuram, West Godavari District for their correspondence without

following proper channel, and submit compliance to this office for taking

further necessary action in the matter.
