Under the Rule 10(a) of the AP State and Sub-ordinate Rules 1996 read with the

Orders/Instructions

following conditions.

The promotion is purely temporary and on adhoc basis

before the courts of law including the Apex Court.

The list of promote headmasters is appended to these proceedings

The above promotion is purely temporary and liable for reversion at any time without

notice and without assigning any reason there for. The place now allotted is also temporary and

liable for change in future.

They are not entitled for TTA and joining time as the postings are ordered as per their

choice.

The seniority of the above individuals is subject to the outcome of the SLP NO.

22597/612/2004 and 8874/2007 pending in the Hon 'ble Supreme Court of India, New Delhi on

unified teachers service rules.

These orders are subject to the result of review by the undersigned or by any higher

authority suo motu or pursuant to appeal, if any, on any aspect in future.

The teachers now promoted shall be relieved on the AN of 11-12-2021 as the

consequential vacancy will be filled in the SA Promotion counselling. On relief the promotes

shall join as Gr-I Headmasters on the FN of 12-12-2021 at the school Allotted.

The dates of relief and joining shall be reported promptly. Receipt of these proceedings
