Providing Compassionate appointments to the dependents of the deceased Contract and Outsourcing employees working in the Samagra Shiksha- Clarification

With reference to the above, I wish to submit that, the Government in

GO.MS.No.58 Finance (HR.I.Plg & Policy) Dept. dt: 3.7.2019 informed to all the

Secretaries, Heads of Departments and District Collectors that, no services shall

be contracted and outsourced without the prior concurrence of the Finance

Department and the approval of the Government.

In this connection, I am to inform you that, a copy of said Go has already

been communicated to all the Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha,

in the State with instructions that, no services shall be contracted and outsourced

Further, I submit that, the said G.O is still in force and all the Additional

Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha, in the State were once again

informed to follow the said rule position without any deviation and at

present no posts are being filled up either on contract or on outsourcing

basis. They will be filled up as per the guidelines and as per the procedure

specified by the Gol and Go A.P. from time to time. Further, there is no

government orders for providing Employment on compassionate grounds to

the family members of the deceased outsourcing or contractual employees

working under Samagra Shiksha.
