In the reference cited, It has been decided to decentralized the payment
system again from Headquarters to District Level and continue the release of
payment of Cooking Cost, Honorarium of Cook Cum Helpers, Foodgrains bills,
Transportation, Eggs & Chikkies and other payments through APCFMS directly to the
beneficiaries from Districts w.e.f.01.11.2021.
In this connection, the District Educational Officers are requested to release
the payments towards the supply of Eggs & Chikkies and other payments through
APCFMS directly to the beneficiaries. The bills pertaining to the supply of Eggs &
Chikkies uhich are left in thic affica ara cand to Dictrict to talka furthar caurca ad
